These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CV-Bloom (the “Service”), operated by Dhafer Souid. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CV-Bloom lets you upload a resume, tailor it to a job description using AI, and generate documents (such as resumes and cover letters) for download. You may try a limited free generation; full features require an account and credits.
2. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Credits and payments
- The Service is offered on a one-time, pay-as-you-go credit basis. Credits are purchased in packs and are not a subscription; we do not automatically renew or recharge you.
- One credit is consumed per successful document generation, as described at checkout.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use;
- Use the Service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent documents;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or circumvent its limits;
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
5. Your content and AI-generated output
You retain ownership of the resume and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. Output is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated document before using it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including interviews or employment.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Dhafer Souidand protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or ATS-compatible with every system.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhafer Souid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Tunisia, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
