This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for purchases made on CV-Bloom. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. One-time purchases, no subscription
We sell one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. We never automatically renew or recharge your payment method. You are only ever charged when you actively choose to buy a pack.
2. You only pay for successful generations
A credit is consumed only when a document is generated successfully. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, that credit is not consumed (or is automatically returned to your balance), so you are not charged for failed output.
3. Refunds on unused credits
If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of its credits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing dhafer.souid@esprit.tn from the address on your account.
4. Partially used packs
Because credits are a digital good that is delivered and consumed immediately, credits that have already been used are non-refundable. If you have a partially used pack and believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, a billing error or a service problem), contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
5. How to request a refund
Email dhafer.souid@esprit.tn with the email address used for the purchase and, if possible, your payment/receipt reference. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor, Dodo Payments, and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
